Tips for Maintenance
I’m on my second one of these, with #2 still running fine. After each use I wash the device’s cutting blades in warm water (lightly brushing the blades with a nail brush).

Absurd Packaging
This product is fine. But the manufacturer is an idiot – they packaged it in hard plastic that was the most difficult package I have ever tried to open in my life (now 76 years)…

This is the BEST trimmer on the market! It has more power than the drugstore variety. The trim head will NOT nip or cut your skin.

Great Product But Has Quality Control Issues
I think this is the best nose hair trimmer design I’ve ever used, and I’ve used several different types (rotary style, spatula style, scissors, etc).

one use only
The product is poor. I have had two of them,(Phillips shipped the 2nd one with no problem). Trouble is, each of them worked only once, and I trashed the second one.

I have tried them all and this relatively inexpensive product is the best by far. I believe the rotary style trimmers, like all of the Panasonics, have a blade clearance too great to give a close cut. This trimmer, on the other hand, cuts nearly as close as a conventional safety razor. Buy one. You will not be disapoppointed.
